Buy a Nintendo Switch 2 Console from the Nintendo Online Store from 10 August till 07 September 2025 and win!

Each qualifying purchase counts as one automatic entry into the draw for the week in which the purchase was made.

Terms & Conditions:

1. This competition is valid from opening hours 10 August 2025, until close of business 07 April 2025.
2. Competition mechanic: Purchase a Nintendo Switch 2 from the Nintendo Online Store between the 10th of August till the 7th of April 2025.
3. Prize: R5000 voucher to each winner, that can be redeemed on the Nintendo Online Store.
4. The competition is only valid on the Nintendo Online Store.
5. Winners Selection: Winners will be randomly selected at the end of each competition week. 
6. Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of purchase.
7. The winners will be announced at the end every week from the 10th August till the 7th of April 2025.
8. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash.
9. By participating in this competition, all participants accept and agree to abide by these rules and terms and conditions.
10. The parties involved and their respective advertising, media and PR agencies, nor their trading partners shall be liable in any way whatsoever for any loss, damage or costs, howsoever arising, suffered by a participant of this competition offer.
11. We reserve the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this competition in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity.
12. The parties involved and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in participation in this competition.
13. Under no circumstances shall the parties involved be liable to anyone who participates in this competition for any direct or consequential loss howsoever arising which may be suffered, whether as a result of any negligent act or omission or any default on the part of the retailer or otherwise.
14. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern these Terms and Conditions and participants agree to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
