All orders over R999 will be delivered free of charge. Any order less than R999 will carry a small courier fee. A courier company engaged by Core Gaming Systems (Pty) Ltd will perform deliveries. You may be required to provide a valid form of identification when your order is delivered. Orders are processed and will be delivered to you between two to five working days.
Core Gaming Systems (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any incorrect order or delivery where you make an error in the information that you provide to Core Gaming Systems (Pty) Ltd e.g. if you provide the incorrect delivery address or submit an incorrect order.
You acknowledge that the delivery of your order may be impacted by events beyond Core Gaming Systems (Pty) Ltd’s control such as adverse weather conditions or industrial action. Core Gaming Systems (Pty) Ltd is not liable for late deliveries of products purchased through the Core Gaming Systems (Pty) Ltd website. Core Gaming Systems (Pty) Ltd will, however, try to ensure a smooth delivery process.
To avoid any delivery delay, please ensure that you have listed the correct delivery address upon checkout. Should you need to make a change to the delivery address once the order has been placed, please ensure that you email distributorsa@nintendo.co.za requesting this address change so we can arrange with our courier partner. Changing your address on your account will only update your billing information and not delivery information for any open orders. Please note that we are only able to make one (1) delivery address change or update after the order has been placed, multiple changes to the address could result in incorrect delivery.
